Making stock photos for backlinks

What is a good platform to offer free stock photos that I can set to require attribution to a specific page?

pexels and flickr are both good for trying to get links.

Flickr, I can do CC BY-SA 2.0 DEED, but I don't see where to detail how to attribution for the photo.

Maybe pay for pro, provide a link in the description for the link.

If you are looking for specific niche-related links from the photos. It might be best to get a lot of construction photos for the construction niche, etc. You cannot really control the sites using it.

Oof flickr seems to be the only place to upload and require attribution. They limit you to 1000 pics before requiring a 60$ a year membership. I just uploaded 100 unquie high resolution photos.

They don't have auto tagging either.. also not a popular site as it on e was.
