Well I used to work for IT companies
The fist one was specialized in software integration and training
The second one was focused on mobile technologies and sms services
Though my experience didn't lead to inspiration for business ideas but It allowed me to have a general idea of how business work

I started my first business with $3K. Lots of options, although it's not a lot of money. If you use it for a tools it might help for outreach at least. Ads and purchasing services with only $3K is risky if you don't find something that returns your money.

You could buy 3-5 dropped domains with traffic.
Rebuild the sites.
Sell backlinks on Fb groups.
Rinse and repeat.
