Hi, my YouTube channel has been refused for "re-used content".

I only make slowed or speed up music on capcut, I have copyright on it when I publish on certain videos, is this because of copyright?

2) Can I publish speed up / slowed and be monetised?

3) If I start up a YouTube channel again, taking only the audio from remixes on YouTube that don't have copyright, and I change the thumbnail and the video, will YouTube accept monetisation or tell me to "re-use content"?

Reused content. Reused content refers to channels that repurpose someone else's content without adding significant original commentary or educational value.

If you think your videos are unique as you added something original to it record a video talking how you produce video and reapply

is this still persisting

Looks like you’re hitting some bumps on YouTube! If your channel got flagged for "re-used content," it’s not just about copyright; it’s also about originality. Just slowing down or speeding up tracks probably won't cut it.

You can post those versions, but monetization is tricky since YouTube wants original or significantly transformative content. If you start a new channel using copyright-free remixes, make sure your content is unique. Simply changing the thumbnail and video might not be enough; you need substantial changes.

Focus on creating original content that showcases your creativity to avoid the "re-used content" flag and improve your chances of monetization. Good luck!
