Getting suspended for "suspicious payments" on whitehat ads

Hey there, im having some issues on creating whitehat ad campaigns on google (local search ads to be spesific)
Im doing this to warm up accounts for other campaigns later on, and have been doing this without a problem for about 4-5 months or so.
I suppose type of the campaign has nothing to do with me getting suspended, its most likely from the billing settings after creating the campaign.
I tried almost everything i could do on the billing page, bank payments didnt work, paying with vcc's didn't work, im using clean residential proxies and warmed up gmails too.
Its kinda weird how i could do this with no problem like a week ago and now im getting suspended instantly, no matter what.
Changing the billing country and proxy location to something other than Turkey might work but also its the only thing i haven't tried so i dont know if it'll work or not.
I really need help with this so i appreciate any suggestions

What I can suggest for you:
1, doesn't have much to do with your proxy IP relationship
2, doesn't have a lot to do with your anti-detection browser
3, Doesn't have a lot to do with whether your Gmail is old or not
4, Doesn't have a lot to do with your regional currency
5, Doesn't have a lot to do with your setup steps
6, Doesn't have a lot to do with your VCC

Of course my advice comes from a month ago, a month before I stopped playing with thresholds.

thanks alot for the advice, so you say that the only way for me is to just appeal the accounts, however 90% of the time appealing does not get the accounts unsuspended in my case. do you have any suggestions to have a better success rate on appeals?

I have done a test that
With a daily budget of 10, the success rate can be in the 30-50% range, but you can only spend $10 a day;
With a daily budget of 50-80, the success rate is at 20%; you have a probability of spending up to $100 a day;
With a daily budget of 80-100, your success rate is 10%.

As a side note, if your VCC can accept CAPTCHA, then even better.

alright thanks alot, would using bank transfer instead of vcc have an effect?

This comes from my testing in February, I'm not sure if this is true now.Just hope you get something out of it.

Try using a US-based payment method with a matching billing address and avoid proxies to stay compliant with Google’s policies.
