I read a lot from BHW but I can't find crypto merchant for recurring payments. I want to build a service with a subscription for the service with payment in crypto. Do you know such services?

There is no something like that.
The power of recurring payments via card is 99% people forget to unsubscribe. Especialy you have micro transactions for $10-$30
With crypto currency it's not working because all payments are manual. You need rather script that deactivate users and send them email, but most of guys will not pay again.

Sorry, but you are mistaken. There are ways to enable recurring billing with cryptocurrencies without requiring manual validation from the wallet owner each time.
