Hello! Unfortunately, our product does not work on Android and IOS. In the future we plan to use it. At the moment you can try the anti-detect browser on systems designed for PC, i.e. Windows, MacOS, Linux.

We've got two exciting updates on our agenda today.
Let's start with something that will enhance your convenience
Responding to user feedback, we've implemented a full variation of tag scrolling.
Scroll however you like — using a mouse, keyboard, or whatever method suits you best.
This is particularly handy for those who utilize a multitude of tags in their account.
Our second update is all about saving space on your computer.
Extensions that were installed outside the "Extensions" menu will now be consolidated into
a common folder, avoiding duplication. This will free up space and save you some extra GBs. Convenient, right?

The software tries to install a version automatically everytime I open it. Bitdefender detects the browser as a virus. When trying to download trough the website, also detected as a virus.
Is is possible to disable the auto update?
Also, it's not the first time i see complaints regarding Dolphing trying to steal information from one's computer, why does that happen? Ive used other browsers, never had a problem.

Hello! The thing is that updates are in automatic mode and if there will be no auto-updates, will not be updated and chrome version that will lead to bans on sites. Also updates can include any important points on security. For example, when updating the kernel you get new fingerprints. These important points concern your security, anonymity and stable work in Dolphin{anty}.
A little bit about viruses. It's not - specifically this reaction is known to run almost any compressed archive. Don't worry, there are no viruses or theft attempts. We recommend that you do not visit questionable sites. Do not install third-party (hacked) programs on your computer, protect yourself by checking every transaction, etc.
If you still have questions, we will be happy to answer them!

inexistent support, I tried to recover my account by giving lots and lots of info about it(ip, registration date, how many profiles, literally every info needed) and got only scripted answers in return, support wasn't even bothered to help, they don't read your problem and try to help you with your problem but they just give you scripted answers like a bot to try and get rid of you

I just conducted a small experiment. With 10 free profiles, I set Canvas, WebGL, and ClientRects all to Noise. Each profile had a different WebGL info = Manual. Media devices = Manual and different between profiles. When I checked the fingerprint (pixelscan, iphey...), the results were as follows: All 10 profiles had matching Audiocontext and Font hashes. Canvas and WebGL hashes mostly matched as shown in the pixelscan results below:

Hello, thank you for your interest. Yes, indeed we do not have font swaps at the moment and we are using native fonts. At the moment development on fonts is underway and we will release swaps in the near future. The point is that using native fonts is not a critical substitution. Please note that along with fonts all other parameters are swapped. And you cannot be identified solely by fonts. And it really works, as there is a fact confirming that users use hundreds, tens of thousands, and even hundreds of thousands of accounts bypassing bans. You don't have to worry about fonts not being tampered with.

Thank you for your respond. I have some concerns because when registering accounts, profiles 3, 4, 6 are identified as duplicates (matching Canvas+WebGL hash). Similarly, with 2 and 9. It would be better if the software automatically generated profiles with non-duplicate parameters. Thank you!
