I actually love this Forum, and I think there is a strong brand association. ie. People love the brand, the community and would be proud to show they are a part of it.
But...
The merch store merch could use some work.
Just having the logo on there isn't really cool IMO.
I could be wrong, but I think with minimal effort on the Merch, people would be more likely to wear the brand because it's cool.

Just my thoughts when I went to visit the merch store. Would have been cool if there were more variations in designs.

There was a competition ran by someone maybe Z, who asked for designs for up and coming merch store, that was before the one launched I think. Would be good to have some random stuff along the line of quotes by people, and images, like a bearded viking link warrior, or other funny symbolism. I think we should have a quarterly competition, where members submit designs, for approval by mods, and then a final vote or something, and then it gets launched in the bhw store and we can order new designs, and post funny merch pics! Just an idea...

Nothing Specific no. But things like Minimal or community focused are good.
Even a simple White Font BLACK HAT WORLD, on black t-shirt/cap is something I'd buy.
Or things that associate to members such as forum levels "Black Hat Excecutive VIP" "Black Hat Junior VIP" etc.
I liked Panthers suggestion too, about having a monthly competiton for community member submissions. Once a month, the winner of the competiton gets added to the store and a share in profits.
This incentivises people to submit ideas, plus builds demand for the new designs.
Things like milestones for the community are a good idea.

But minimal designs, that are community specific or designs that are community driven are the way to go IMO.
