Tips on how to use PBNs

Hey Guys, I want to start working with PBNs and want to ask, of you have and tips, tricks, warnings and best practices for me.
A place where to buy quality & cheap PBNs, would be nice to know too.

I want to boost existing rankings for my page significantly( traffic too), without risking to much.

I thought of placing Guest Posts on High DR Domains and then placing Tier 2 and Tier 3 PBN Links to the Guest Post.

What do you guys think? What would work best to achieve high rankings and traffic? The site is a Shopify-Store selling fragranced goods in Germany.

Open PBNs are very easy to bust because when they sell backlinks, there's always a chance they will sell to somebody who is a sloppy backlink buyer.

This person just buys all sorts of links and a lot of them are junk.

And once those junk link networks get punished by Google, it doesn't take much effort on Google's part to find other places where the link abuser bought links.

If you're running a clean network, you don't have anything to worry about because you control all the domains and trends.

There are no loose ends in your network because you control everything.

That's how I would use PBNs given the March update.

Remember, we are all on notice.

Google has put it out there that they are aware that people are using expired domains to gain an advantage in search rankings.

That's all the notice anybody should need.

Thanks for all that knowledge mate. Actually I am not interested in selling links but to push my visibility as Google is aware of that shortcut now. Does it and will it still work on a local level, whats your guess? And do you have and other working shortcuts you coole give me hint on?
