I think that the proxies are shadowbanned. Are you using dedicated proxies or undedicated? Because if you're using proxies that everyone's using there's a high chance that these are shadowbanned.

New accounts are often very weak. You should use an old account with a spending history to pass the checkpoint.

This is why i always ask my clients to warm up the account first, no matter what. It helps a lot when something bad happens. Btw, have you solved your problem?

Sometimes you don't need to change too many things to hide your IP, just use it like a normal user

Dont rush creating fb accounts, what i do is i wait a day then i use privacy focused browser (brave) and tempmail and before i provide the tempmail, i also provide random country number first then after that i then apply the tempmail and wait for registration and if im lucky i'll get no checkpoints.

Surely your home proxy has been scanned for violations, you can use 4G to create a new one

To avoid checkpoints, try creating it on your phone and using a network SIM card with a proxy. I think you won't get checkpoints.
