How can I scale my CPA method?

Hi all,

I am looking for help (any advice is appreciated) scaling my CPA method. In the beginning my earnings grew very fast but it has stagnated around $8k a month due to the fact that I am still putting in a lot of manual work. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining because I know that is a lot of money to some people but I feel like for the time I'm investing it should be much more.

I don't want to reveal too much but I am using a specific social media website that lets you join anonymously and you can create as many accounts as you want. I know how to use this website to find massive groups of people who want to buy certain products. What I then do is scrape the leads from this website, clean the email list and send them a basic email where I say I am also a member of said website and ask them if they've tried a certain product (my affiliate product). There is a short email sequence but for every 100 emails I send I average $230 in profit (yes I know that's abnormally high).

The issue is I can only send so many emails per day. I'm aware of autoresponders, email blast tools etc, but when I tried this approach my conversion rates actually went way DOWN because they emails weren't personalized (I have to go back and forth with the leads often times to get the sale). I tried creating another email account but they banned it right away, and it's hard to automate the emails because I personalize them to each recipient.

How else can I reach more leads without having to do this manually every day? I have the phone numbers of my leads too, so can I bulk SMS somehow?

you can hire 2 or 3 VA this way you can speedup process otherwise you need custom bot to automate this.

Here's my advice: Delete your BHW account. Create a new one and open a post where you only include your needs regarding the email topic. For example, you can say that you need specific software that allows you to automate and personalize email subjects. Everything else you've written is unnecessary. Now, several people will write to you offering that service with the sole intention of extracting information about what you're doing. It's the best advice I can give you.

This is how everyone makes a big business. You have limited time in a Day, so if your business requires a lot of time, you cant scale until you build a team to help you with those tasks

Who banned your email? Email service like Gmail?
To solve this you want to buy warmed emails.
You need an email service that let's you automate personalized email.
Try this your conversion may not drop drastically.

Hiring someone/va with nondisclosure/nda and from location where you can take him to the court if he breaks nda. This could be more of an headache them solve your manual work problem.

I think with some tool you can send out email via email , and send it like personal

and I think if all leads email in one page , you can use JS to scrape it in 2 sec , so scrape only cost you few mins daily
