But I've heard (or read, I don't remember) someone last year that google's algorithm has over 2 billion lines of code, and this code - being so massive - is split up into several departments, and to keep their secret code... well... secret, google has to forbid each department to know what's going on in the other departments. Only a few people know / have access to the entirety of the code, and probably one of those people have leaked the information that google's algo is messy partly because of this splitting...

Now, whether or not this is true (I mean, the 2 billion lines of code and compartmenting parts are true) I can't say, but if it is true then it's part of the reason for why so many legit sites get tanked.

for sure! They're seeing that their time is gone, so they're trying to milk it and run away with as much money as possible. As I said several times in the last few years, no for profit company (big and small, it doesn't matter) will exist by 2050. Mankind is living through truly unprecedented times these years, we will see a lot of changes in our lives over the coming years, including (but not limited to) the death of governments and for profit companies, the contact with real aliens (which many governments have been hiding from us for nearly a century, maybe even more), the loss of financial and psychological shackles (isolation, fear), and many others.

Of course, many of us will perish in this process, but the fight against beasts and the fight towards total freedom had started, the only question is whether or not we get the chance to experience them...

They don't give a sh*~*it about content quality, EEAT blah blah All they care is money, money for them!

they never did! Although... in the beginning (up to mid-2000s I think) they were a genuine search engine and their main and best job was to find you pages relevant to your query. Nowadays, they don't give a shit about you, your queries, or relevancy. They only manipulate the rankings in favor of who pays them more, of who can hack them better, we - the common and small people - are well and truly screwed.

But I think they do care about EEAT, but obviously not because of their good will (for profit companies don't have good wills and don't do charity, and when they do charity you need to dig deeper into the reasons), but simply because they want to know and control everything.

Theres always cry babies after every single Google update... They are just crying and claim things like facts without doing anything or after waiting the magic done with their magic tools... Some users just deciding keyword difficulty by blindly trusting keyword difficulty on keyword tools

Btw I never outsourcing links or SEO service ... After all we are on a IM/ SEO marketing forum. why not to learn how to use those automation tools and do it ourselves..

I'm here just waiting for something that happened in the past:

In august-september 2022 my website went pretty hard to 0 and then in october it recovered to about 60% of what it was, i think after this update is over something similar will happen.
I've been looking at the search console, and i noticed that each day just a bounch of my posts are getting impressions/clicks, like they are grouped or something and each day there are mostly different posts.
I think google is just pushing my posts into the search each day to see what the engagement of the real users is.
As i've said it before, let's wait and see, don't rush things.

Made many websites, Went through many Updates, Sold many websites on Flippa.

But now i have lost all motivation. Since HCU update in august or September..


My site which was generating 12-15k per month was dropped with traffic of 50%

And cherry on top my adsense account got banned recently.


I will say stay away from SEO..

It will just make you depressed.

I've said it wasn't a 100% recovery, what happened at that time despite my lower amount of traffic i had a higher number of comissions on amazon.

There are MANY small/weak sites that do extremely well, but they are not thin info sites with only ads.

It feels random because big G changed some rules of the game. But it's just an adjusting phase. I think it's more of an opportunity because in crisis moments like this one, we can find new untapped methods.

Not sure myself, I posted now 5 new articles all manually written as well and they got indexed the same day but it's still not ranking. From experience, the keywords are so low difficultly and hardly anyone targeting it but yet it's not showing up. This isn't usual for my site.

No.... there are not many weak sites that do extremely well... show me at least one example? And I am not talking about 10$ profit a month = extremely well.

I know you are convinced that SEO is dead from your previous replies. If you don't know how to find plenty of successful examples then maybe you aren't putting any effort in blogging at all, which explains your lack of confidence in SEO.
