Is that the only way you'd allow someone to use Paypal in order to get your service?

PS: Paypal Friends and Family is NOT allowed! If we catch you using that, we'd close this sales thread.



In what way they were "rude"? They showed us some of your conversations, and there was nothing that indicated they were rude. They asked you if they can pay via Paypal and you told them it was "currently unavailable". But sounds like it is available for selective members?

You can turn down a customer, that's your right but you cannot just lie to them. So explain that, please.

Clarifying that you did not turn me down at any point. I turned you down, and you are using this as an excuse to make yourself look better.

After you told me you would not accept PayPal as it was "currently unavailable" (no other reason, you likely do not want to accept it as buyers have more purchase rights with PayPal, which should concern potential buyers), you offered for me to pay with Amazon gift cards instead. I turned you down as you were misrepresenting your payment methods here on BHW. I was never rude at any point. Please do not be misleading everyone here.

Submit a thread edit request and remove Paypal as a payment option, please.

As for turning down customers, be frank with them but don't use excuses or lies. You can refuse to service anyone you want, that's up to you, but don't lie to your customers.

We expect you to submit that thread edit request and remove Paypal as soon as possible.
