No, because then the account is linked of course linked then to previous or other accounts (and not stealth), so nobody will be selling anything >10k in europe despite the limits. This is the reason why there are almost no good EU account sellers on apskin.

I could work with them but it won't help anyway for most EU countries as thos VAT limits are simply always in place since a few months. I am still looking for a workaround to do all my sales from 1acc.

sounds like you need a CPA or tax advisor. we work with those, with our accounts.
