Yes there are lots of them. I dont use them much but i tried tiger sms its good so far

You should use high quality numbers for account otherwise

Russian numbers are 2.5 rubles, but accounts are sold for 1.5 rubles

This is unlikely, even very clean proxies cost more than 1.5 rubles

Exactly. As @StakeCasino said, it is important to use high quality numbers for Gmail.

use the quality sms provider, else gmail will not be stable and will genrally ask for re-verification.
