Well it's now official.. I gave thugkilla a couple days to respond and saw that he has been signed on here since and still has not responded.

It is in relation to the thread that he had made on 4/17 here: Brand New Ipod Touches 8GB [$140-$150]
I talked to him for a while on aim about getting some ipod touches in bulk since he said he had a supplier and sounded legit. I even remember talking to this guy a few months ago in the past about something else. Everything he was telling me all sounded right and I didn't see any major red flags really.
He said he could supply 10 a day and wanted me to order 10. I told him I need to make sure he is legit first so he should sell me just 2 for now so I know everything is good. He agreed.
So on 4/26 I ordered 2 ipod touches for $270 and payed via paypal and got a confirmation number from USPS as well.
On 5/1 I got a package in the mail that didn't quite look right. So I opened it up and sure enough, no ipods. Instead I received some crappy Printer Plus manual book. I've included a picture below.
So instead of him sending me the 2 ipod touches, I got this crappy book instead.
Since he used a confirmation number with paypal, the item has been sent so there is not much they can do I guess. I filed a dispute and called them as well and they said they will be looking into it. But since there was no ebay sales page and it was just private sale, there is not much they can do I think.
This is when I realized that this scam was set up and planned from the very beginning. This is the worst scams can come. He originally wanted me to get 10 at first for $1300. But I eventually talked him into just 2. I was thinking I was protecting myself by only getting 2 at first (LOL).
You can now see he was clearly out to straight up scam the fuck out of people.
Yes, I have tried contacting him 3 different ways now and it's been 48 hours so he clearly is not responding.
I know I should have been more careful and not even do business with him in the first place, but in my mind I was being careful. But of course I was stupidly blinded by the opportunity.
Luckily I only lost $270 and not the full $1300.
By the way, anyone know anything else I can do maybe? Since I payed through paypay with my credit card I already called my bank and issued a chargeback so that is my only hope right now but it can take 30 days.
This thread is to warn everyone to STAY FAR away from the user "thugkilla". He is surely out to scam people in the first degree.
Either fess up dude or someone BAN this FOOL before other victims are taken!!
