The last three days I have worked a lot submitting articles to article directories, all articles being spinned with TheBestSpinner. I submitted manually 120 articles to 10 article diectories. All 12 articles that I have submitted to Ezine (from different accounts) were approved in 1-2 says. Other directories haven't approved not even one. So my question is: should I submit only to ezine, or should i spread the articles to as many directories as I can?

I use ezine and go articles and the balance of my writing I put on various Web 2.0 properties.

I am thinking to post only to Enzine and maybe one more directory. I use also web 2.0 properties but I spread the articles to more directories trying to vary the sources for BL.

Take a look at the free ebook in my sig since you are a writer... I bet you would benefit from it.

I submit to EZA manually and mass submit with MAS to hundreds of directories which also creates the accounts automatically. In addition I started to syndicate the articles to blogs with FTS (the free membership).

It works real well for those of us that like to write... I get an awful lot of search engine traffic because of it in some pretty competitive niches.

The nice thing is that after you build one, you can build others targeting other keywords on various pages on your sites and the maintenance is pretty easy.

You are definitely right here. And another thing. My first ezine article from this campaign even brought me a link from a site which copied my article. So this is another great part of this work. :D

I find my articles all over the web with backlinks to my site... I have some 2000 articles at ezine working for me under several different pen names.

Whats MAS and FTS?

that is right.a lot of articles get published in many other sites.that is a huge advantage.

I would like to know your results with FTS. I started with them two weeks ago, not so much improvement in terms of traffic.

My results with FTS - I started with them about two weeks as well. First, I submitted 1 article to test the water and it is already posted to 24 blogs. For me it is additional 24 links mainly on relevant blogs that have different C class IP, different owners that helps me to improve ranking in search engines. I just submitted my second article - I don't have results yet for that one.

My link building campaign is consisted of several sources, so the mix of different sources of links works well for me and I see a constant improvement in Google.

Why are you writing articles?

I hope it's to use the power of article sites to rank and drive traffic to your money site. This is how they should be used.

Don't use article sites just to get a backlink. The effort vs reward is way out of proportion.

Ezine has some pretty solid ranking power. Micallef is definitely right though. You shouldn't be using the good article sites just for a backlink. You should make sure you use them to help push traffic to your site. It's definitely worth it to write a good article targetting your keywords & the articles will generally rank pretty decent especially for long tail KW so if you have a good article you can generally push a lot of that traffic to your site as well.

Thanks a lot guys. This is definitely the way I should do it. :)
And I am not writing the articles. I am just rewriting and spinning them. Everybody needs content and this is the way I am doing it.
