Why are people paying for an OnlyFans subscription?

I've never done this kind of online business, so I am asking...

What do you think motivates these people to pay for a subscription?

Is it really just for adult content or something else?

As far as I've understood, it's not really solely for the adult content in most cases - as you can find such content easily and for free, including, leaked OF's.

It's more of a psychological thing, where the subscriber feels like he has an actual personal connection with the model, has her attention and perhaps under the delusion that their connection is something "special". It's more intimate and personal, especially in case of PPV content. And most don't realize they're not actually chatting with the model but rather a hired chatter who's following a script optimized to hook the subscriber even more.

i dont buy but i pushed adult niche long enough. people pay for the attention. to interact. to support the content creator. why do people donate on streaming platforms? not only chaturbate, but normal ones like youtube and twitch. very similar reasons.

I would say a mix of interaction with the opposite gender alongside connection. Remember, a majority of the buyers are unattractive men who can`t even make eye contact with a woman. I think another part of it is getting some of those taboo fantasies fulfilled on a personal level.
