Facebook support doesn't exist, no one is going to help you. It's all automated processes. I have been there, I tried for months, and to this day still unsure about how it happened in the first place as I was two factor secured.

Either way: You have go through the process, enter your old email and send your passport to prove your identity connected to this account. I don't know the exact steps, but they#re easy to figure out. I just know there is no other way to do it.

I've seen folks get it back if they contact support for services/platforms that are owned by Facebook and require a facebook account to use, but generally Facebook's support itself doesn't work. Try one of those secondary support teams and just explain that you need to get your facebook profile back to use their service and you are having trouble getting in touch with anyone from Meta.
