so my channel was deleted over a week ago by YouTube for violations (spam and deceptive practices, which doesn't quite make sense have been doing none of that) and I appealed the next day.

I am in a sensitive niche (disaster/tragedy) but worked hard to remain compliant with no strikes/warnings, no videos with Limited Ads up, etc. I've appealed but I'm still waiting for the verdict, it's been over a week now.

So here's my question, based on if the appeal doesn't go through and the channel gets banned permanently:

If I create a new channel (on a separate Gmail address of course), can I connect it to the same Adsense account? Or will they detect it, and shutdown my new channel too, because of it's connection to the same Adsense account as the permanently deleted channel?

(BTW I would be in a different / much safer niche that is not sensitive)I'm hearing mixed answers on this. Curious to hear your advice, since you're very experienced, thanks.

P.S. Just so it's clear this is NOT a demonetization but channel termination situation, here is the screenshot of YT's deletion of my channel:

They will not ban new channel if you follow youtube guidelines on this new channel. But if you repeat same mistake all the time, they might ban that adsense account as well.

Sorry to tell you this, but you need to move on, bro. If you don't have good connections to help you with this, just let it go.

As from what I know, they won't shadowban you due to the 'connection' between channels. But I don't see a way you could recover this one.

I do wish you good luck with that tho. Second channel should be fine so don't worry.

He says he was following guidelines
First you should wait for their respond and decide after this to create one or not

The new channel might get banned if there is any traces connecting it to the old channel
