OnlyFans TikTok Marketing

Hello everyone hope you are well,

I am new to OFM and I've just started to sign models and manage/promote their OnlyFans accounts. Recently, I have had a lot of trouble marketing a model on TikTok. She is a good looking blonde girl age 24 located in the US and are using an iPhone 11. The account setup process seemed to be fine (gmail > verified account > scrolled/interacted for 30 min on fyp), however, after the first 5 posts on each of the 5 accounts that are on the device, she received 25-75 followers the first day and 150-950 views per video. Each day I sent her TikToks to recreate and the views stayed around that same range and she only seemed to gain 5-8 followers per day on each account. She was posting 25 times a day and barely received any subs on her OF. We did this for 2 weeks and she didn't even get to 1k followers on any of the profiles... now the model has left us because of her impatience.

I have researched everywhere and I have no idea what the issue could be.

Is it normal to see growth this slow on TikTok?
Has the algorithm/app changed at all since the last 6 months?
Am I sending her bad content to recreate? (content I sent her to copy were from other profiles that looked like her and were also 2-3 weeks old with under 15k followers; videos were only 24-72hrs old when sent to her)
Is TikTok too saturated to be a primary source of traffic for 5 figs a month on OF?

I have heard of other agencies getting their models from 0 to 10k followers within the first couple weeks or even sooner... I have no idea how they are doing it and if it is even possible. I know for a fact that they tell the model to delete/recreate accounts often but then I hear some other agencies tell the model that it takes at least 3 months before they see any significant profit from TikTok to their OF. She was a 9/10 in looks so I know that was not the problem and her videos were very good quality as well.

If anyone has any tips on how to work with a new model on TikTok and how to grow her profile substantially please let me know. The meta always seems to be changing and advice that would have worked 3 months ago is no longer relevant in this industry.

This is my first time using TikTok as a primary traffic source so any help/advice would really be appreciated!

Only have tried TikTok marketing with this one model which did not work out. Never tried IG Reels but have heard good things about it, just trying to understand TikTok first.

By any chance, have you had any success with new models on TikTok recently?

We have had a lot of customers doing well with tiktok and OF. The last I heard they were using smaller accounts pushing traffic to their main accounts while they do stitch videos etc

No it still is apparently. Just having issues growing profiles for new models. Anyone have any tips?

Provide content with substance actually give the audience a reason to come back outside of going off of her looks and give it some time.

so do you think that an update made this issue become? Because I got this issue in december, but before december for few months with similar content I was getting 600+ views all the time, just once I created new accounts in december that started happening to me.. don't know why

Yea bro just try a new form of content, something that would make user interact with your post more. For example :
You can make a post with fake interesting story
or a slide post with a question like "Hmm, do you guys really think i am ugly" and put your picture on the next slide.

The main thing is Just to switch things up

Tried this already and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Couple months ago we used to be able to send model TikToks to copy and they would all do very well - even on a new profile. Now it's very slow to blow up an account and not sure if the algorithm has changed or simply slowed down...

Perhaps I could have been however I did notice other TikTok profiles gaining followers and growing traction very fast. Now it's definitely slowed down.

Also, does anyone have experience with TikTok lives and could it be a primary source of marketing once the model's accounts reach 1-2k followers?

Why dont u try using tinder traffic, there are tinder accounts for sa le and u can promote ur girls there...

I've tried and failed with Tinder numerous times. Black hat traffic methods are not optimal and would rather just rely on organic marketing.

Anyone here have experience with IG reels? I heard posting 2 reels a day is now better than TikTok...

Many people are now using Tinder to do this, tinder>ig>of,and have achieved good results. Every 100 accounts can bring about 80 subs
