You can use static residential. After December, proxies are not required.
I advice only when you are from banned country like India. Other countries don't need to use proxies any more.

Of course reposting is working just fine like usual. Anyway I suggest to repost videos from IG, so TikTok have harder job to compare reposted videos. Correct repurposing is doing the job.

Yes, most answers on forum are incomplete. Only if you connect all dots, it will work.
Forget about sim cards, esims, proxies - if you do everything correct, it's working.
All answers on forum I think are made for increasing own post counter. People repeating wrong solutions and making total mess in TikTok section,
