Hey. I take new fine account. Launch a campaign and when it spends about 20$ campaign gets "pending" and stops. Any solutions how to fix it?

Do you see any billing due payment? if is there show due payment clear the Payment Or if your ads don't violate Twitter teams and conditions rules, then appeal and hopefully the ad will run
