I know that the BlackHatWorld community consists only of alpha macho men.
That's why I'm asking you as beta what tips you have for what to do on Valentine's Day.

I've been with the girl for 2 months now. And for the last few weeks I've been just focusing on work and forgetting that Valentine's Day is just around the corner.

Are roses enough?

Since you are a self professed beta you should let us handle the situation you know what I mean.
 
Roses aren't enough. Take her to somewhere good, with a good view. But a private place where you can enjoy each other's company and chit chat personal talk.

Provide fresh flowers and go for a roadtrip
 
roses, dinner and at home dessert time ;) but two months is nothing serious at least 10 years to know she is fully committed:anyway::anyway: so do not spend a lot of money nothing fancy unless you are really interested on her which you should still spend the minimun don't go crazy only because is valentines, and I hope you don't experience never thw situation that want you to go to a kind of fancy place, you spend money and couple days or weeks she is gone carefull boy, don't take emotional desitions, hold your horses and think the situation the moment, better go out with friends and drink!!! friends are forever!!!!!

While I agree with the narrative of avoiding any commercial holidays, the worst thing that can happen is when your significant other receives a call from her best friend/mom/grandmom and they ask "What did he get you for v-day?" and you will hear a sad but clearly fake cheerful of "Ah nothing, we do not celebrate this day, I even didn't expect anything".

As with most holidays, it's not about you but your family. It's about your other half this time, why not use the day to just do something nice?

Take care of them well. Even if you don't like some of the celebrations or holidays that are forced by media and capitalism.

I tell this after just spending a hefty chunk of hard-earned euros for a lap full of dead plants and a 4 AM drive.

And chocolate donuts from gas station which she loves so much but avoids because of diet stuff.
