Deepfake Live Stream on TikTok or Instagram

Hello BHW!

Are you aware of any way to create a live stream on TikTok or Instagram but with a face swap? I know the possibilities of swapping faces in already created videos, but I haven't come across anything that would help create a live stream with a swapped face on social media.

Of course, there are many discussions and methods for swapping faces on an existing video or possibly doing a face swap while recording a tutorial on your computer. However, I have not yet come across a method that allows for live streaming with a swapped face on social media. That's mainly what I'm interested in.

It must be a real live stream because it's about interacting with commenters and responding to their questions. A real person would be responding but with a changed face.

I once saw a video of a guy who was using a live face swap to appear as a e-gril and it glitched for some seconds. I wonder what he was using. Any help so far?

It's possible - but it requires a tremendous amount of processing power to do it.

There's several streamers or "vtubers" that are doing it.

You can try SysMoCap:

But it requires rigging up a model to act according to your webcam. You can find free models but creating something unique requires a tremendous amount of work or money to have one created (upwards of $2k). It's why you don't see so many of this.

How about getting a real-looking silicon mask? Like the ones from those old people's video pranks. I remember I saw you can order custom-made silicon masks.
