Thanks , havent ben able to meetup as I couldnt get past an Anti Bot test which wasnt initially part of the requst but needed to complete the job. Spent most of my time configuring the server with an OS version I had initially refused rather than coding on it. Just for a little contect to the type of environment , OP never handed back the proxies that were initially requested. More to that my proxies Bandwidth whose logins I had left on the server had been reduced by about 140 MB. All the tests I did where simple and no scraping involved its imposiible that the tests I ran could consume that much. In another instance,after taking a nap and resuming on server, I discovered that gpdate and gupdatem services had been resstarted even though I had manually switched them off. Bear in mind via chat log you will see where OP inot only insists on what to code, but how to code it.
In a nutshell will cut my losses, and send OP a refund within the enxt 3 days with proof here and move on. Thanks

this guy is a scammer. I asked for a Wordpress automatic posting plugin. He told me it was really easy and maximum 5 days would be ready.
paying 75 usd upfront + 75 usd when finished.

I paid.
after 7 days only excuses.
after 12 days I asked the refund: nothing was still done and he took my money saying always he had problems and could not work.

He agreed with the refund, but told me he will send money back in 3 days.
I cannot trust him because everyday he used to say "later today it is ready". So this is a scamming behaviour.

I told I would have made a post here, publishing the conversation and he replied with a blackmail: if I do the post, then no refund and bye bye. I will share the conversation

he keeps taking time. He will not send the refund. This is quiet obvious:
he passed 10 days saying "later on today everything will be ready"... but he completely did nothing (I could understand him if he made like 70% of the job... but he did 0%).

so when I ask money back "I will send them in 3 days", but why? When he asked payment I did it immediately.

I was scammed, I wasted 12 days, and now I have to wait other days for money back? with all the blackmails "if you tell to people in Bhw no refund"

I want my money until 12 hours. Otherwise please ban this guy and keep track of his IP he will never should be back on this forum.

What's more to investigate? Why are you holding scammers part instead of banning them as you should? Why even bother to ask for all this evidence if you're not going to do anything?

Johnmathews probably got the tone of his speech wrong, but what he says is right:

He did not even reply yesterday in this post.

And he wrote me on telegram that if I posted the conversation with him here, I would have forgotten my money back.
