Summary of Dispute:
I needed a Google Maps Reviews poster and this guy (which also has a Google Map extractor on the Marketplace) says he could modify the one he has to what I need.
Price was set to 300$, 150$ paid upfront and 150$ once done. Time to do it max 1 week. Job started on Jan 25 and suppose to be delivered on Feb 01.
He requested additional time till Friday Feb 02. Today Sunday 04 nothing was received.
All the time just delays and no work was shown whatsoever.

Thanks I was working on a Reviews Bot for the client. I have a copy of the work thats been done and a reason for the delay which the client took to their advantage of opening a dispute.
The bot was made on a VPS server. The client has changed the password to the Windows VPS server. The client happens also to be python savvy which was the choice of programming. Im of the feeling that the client has gone off with the work I have done as this is the third time the password to the VPS has been changed and just a last part which we both agreed on was to be changed.
1) See first attachment . If the client was honest they would have opened a dispute but left the server accessible but huuriedly changed the password so I can no longer access it with the work I have done. I request the client shoudl hand back access so I can retrieve what I have done as it was complete 90% . The only part that we needed change was an openai to tet then script the posts which is a no brainer.
2) I have attached a copy of the chat transcript we had over Telegram. Kindly have a look and it will be up to you to deduce whether this was a planned rug pull. Thanks

A copy of our chat history that shows that the cleint changed the access to the development server several times. He should give access to the work I have done there on the server.

And after 7 days when I told you nothing was done on the VPS, you said "You have no idea if I m working locally as well", so since it's my server that you needed only to show me the functional software, of course I changed the password!

Nobody requested you to integrate OpenAI. I was very clear in the instructions and I mentioned I will write the reviews.

And how come you have a screenshot of "a software" and I haven't seen anything in 10 days? Because every time I asked for an update, you always said today, tomorrow, in the morning and still nothing was shown.

Refund the money and you will get access to whatever things you say you did on the server. I have no use of some files I don't understand anything from. And if I was an expert in programming as you say I wouldn't need you to do this, so stop with the delays and lies and do the right thing.

GUI to upload files for Gmail accounts, URL for the Maps place, proxies, review, stars.

1. It's my VPS and not yours, and you said you work locally, and also 10 days passed, so why do you need the VPS password for?
2. Because after 7 days software was not finished, after 10 days software was not finished
3. Where is the software finished?
4. There is no "wrap". I told you I want a REFUND NOW. Not tomorrow, not after 2 days. NOW.

If the work was finished as you say on the VPS, why don't you tell me where to click to see it finished? Because it's not done of course.

There is no work to complete when you want. I paid for 7 days not 15 days buddy. When you pay for something you don't get it's called a scam. Simple as that.
The time to complete it was due on Feb 01. Then you said you want more time, without showing me anything.
Time was extended till Feb 02. Again you showed me nothing.
On Feb 03 I asked when it's done you said "later on today or early in the morning"
Feb 04 Same NOTHNG.
Feb 05 I asked to see the software, again NOTHING.

So, how come after I opened a dispute here all of a sudden I am the scammer?

Between you and I who is the scammer. Can you explain as to why you compromised the server I was developing on and made me work all over again. If there is someone who needs banning here honestly it will be you. You know very well why you have refused to cooperate all along and as to why you took the sever and refused further access as you went along with what was to be done. You know very well that to get it running you have to deal with versions of python, chrome, the os, and modules all of that was already there just changing from open ai to a browser tab was left. Go and read the full chat log and see how many times you contracdicted yourself. Explain to all why you were quick to compromise the server and not hand it over nor co operate ? Didnt you say nothing was done , were is the proof ? You gave a server which was very difficult to work with as I requested a windows Server 2012 VPS and upwards. Can you explain why you went ahead and finally handed a Windows 10 VPS. You knew I will get stuck with updates . You claim to be a novice can you explain as apart from meddling with the server why you insisted I used chromium and was able to give advise regarding open ai ? I will hand over in due course be the mods agree but will due that through a middle man as I barely beleive you will pay for not just the balance but the double work youve put me through. Ive spent almost 12 hours building back the compatible modules just to get back where I was. I just need the mods to painfully go through the full chat log and see who needs the hammer here. However it makes sense what you are doing with a burner account. Because you knwo at any time due to your habits , you can get banned. That wont be far off.
N.B In working with some other members here of which one already after delivery, Ive decided to give one months support for free. I know that wont sound well for you but that the difference between those who are honest and those who are out to rug others.

What funny is that you changed the password to that VPS thrice. Changed credentials to the proxy server I was working on . etc etc. Ive uploaded the Full chat log unlike you who would release the first server I was working on and now make me start all ovet again. Paying for a VPS doeasnt mean you can kick one out just all of a sudden then refuse access. By the way , when I was working who told me not to use open ai or not to use profiles ? I asked for a windows 2012 server or later you went ahead and handed over a windows 2010. If I ask for a server I have reason for doing so. But since you show signs of coky programmer you didnt let have my way. Produce the access to the VPS you took. Why wont you release it ?
