Google is mapping my keywords to wrong page?

If your on page is okay then I would recommend to wait for Google to fix it.

In case of products are similar, inter linking can be done to notify which page need to be read for users and for search engine. Meta tags optimizations and backlinks improvements with right keywords should help.
And what if that wont help? I have a 100 score in RankMath for both pages...

I would suggest to use canonical tag for the main page to avoid confusions.

Rankmath and other SEO tools have their own set of parameters for SEO improvements on a particular page, Interlinking and backlinks improvements on those keywords have nothing to do Rankmath. Having a 100 score suggests that the page is optimized as per SEO standards but Interlinking and backlinks improvements also can be done for search engines to tell them how these pages need to be read for particular search query/keywords.

It may be confused to use similar in the same page. So you should signal each page clearly and separately. And make your on-page as clear as possible with clear descriptions for each keyword to help you get a better solution.
