If the offshore hosting provider good for cold mail

Hi there. Is using an offshore (anonymous) domain and hosting provider good for cold mailing? I want to do small cold mailing (up to 50-80 emails per day) and send them manually. Also, I would like to use the anonymous domain and hosting provider, to now leave my data anywhere (for safety). Is this type of domain and hosting provider good, or maybe it increases the possibility to get marked as a spammer and getting banned/blacklisted? Any advice?

Before buying anything you should ask your Hosting Provider if he allows it.
Even if is allowed, is not guaraanted that the IP won't be blacklisted. Anonymous Hosting also will depend on what payment you will pay, if you use VPN etc.

Ignoring Spamhaus or IP Blacklisting is not allowed in many hostings, they allow mailing some of them, but not IP Blacklist.

For example, we allow mailing in our LiteSpeed Hosting, but we don't allow any kind that lead to IP Blacklist.

So as I understand, your LiteSpeed Hosting services will allow to send manually 50-150 cold mails per day? Cold emails, but write normally without any scams, just b2b requests/proposals with a mention at the bottom of the mail, that is it not spam mail and if the receiver is not interested, I will not send any more emails to him.
