In terms if nickel and diming your website is not upfront about ip charges and other charges. Suddenly not as cheap as others. Never mind the wordpress etc charges.
Firstly, when you start, you pay for hosting, which is cheaper than other PBN hosting sites, and I now know why.
After that, you must add domains, which is the first battle. You have to buy IP addresses for each domain, so if there are ten domains, that's another 30-40 euros per month - suddenly not looking so cheap anymore.
Priority Prospect offers two distinct services. One service is an IP address rental service. The second service is shared hosting.
Our shared hosting service is a traditional high performance cPanel shared hosting service. You are welcome to use it like any other shared hosting service you can find on the market.
You can use our IP addresses without using our shared hosting service.
After signing up, you received an email, "Welcome to Priority Prospect!" (2024/02/06 16:18:20 UTC). Inside the email, we provided a link for you to our Getting Started article. You can find it here:
http://support.priorityprospect.com/knowledgebase/article/getting-started-with-priority-prospect
We created this article with the intention of helping new customers get started with our service, and inside, in the very first section, we have explained that you can use our shared hosting service or your own hosting account if you wish.
This information is also written on our IP address service page under the FAQ:
Do you offer hosting with your IP addresses?
IP addresses do not come with hosting. You are able to point our IP addresses to any hosting service on the market.
IP address prices are also as transparent as possible. On the IP addresses service page on our website, you can find "Shared IP Addresses starting from $2.30/month" and "Dedicated IP Addresses starting from $2.89/month" which is correct. The cheapest dedicated IP addresses have a price of $2.89 per month and shared IP addresses have a price of $2.30 per month.
Our IP address order form clearly lists all prices and you can decide which IP addresses you wish to order and for what price. There are no hidden costs, and all prices are presented to you before you place an order.
Never mind the wordpress etc charges.
We want to clarify that installing WordPress is free no matter how you use our service or services.
Firstly, they use nameservers and hostnames interchangeably in their communications, which is incorrect.
The industry standard word for what you tried to create is a nameserver or name server. Some registrars use the term "hostname" (like Godaddy), some use nameserver (Namebright, Dynadot, Namecheap, Porkbun, Namesilo, Hover, Name.com, Domain.com.. just to name a few)
Here's a sample from Namecheap:

Adding the domains was challenging, to say the least. You can change the A record, but I wanted the domains to sit together in the PBN for safety and to make it easier to change things. Bear in mind this is done to make my life easier!
Firstly, they use nameservers and hostnames interchangeably in their communications, which is incorrect. Maybe because of poor English or support not understanding.
If you are using Godaddy, they want the hostname changed first, which is just a redirection to the IP address, but the hostname can be anything but usually is ns1 and ns2.
Then you can change the nameservers to ns1.yourdomain and ns2.yourdomain.
Then you have your private nameserver.
This is how creating private nameservers works and it works the same way with other registrars.
With every registrar, you must create private nameservers first and then assign them to your domain. If you want to use your own nameservers, that's what you must do.
reiterating knowlegebase multiple times is not support.
We can only provide support for our services. While we are always happy to help our customers with questions about external services, there's a limit to how much support we can provide for external services.
Secondly it is obvious your support cannot speak english properly.
Maybe because of poor English or support not understanding.
We take the quality of customer support very seriously. To help us understand your feedback better, could you please share a sample from your ticket where you felt the English was hard to understand?
We hope you got all your issues addressed. Let us know if you need further help.
