Hey my friends
Can someone help with buyer gave me a worst feedback for my first digital product sale , even all files a sent her are good without any problems .
She told me that SVG file not working well but when I tried it on my laptop with various websites and programmes file work normal .
I don't know why she gave negative feedback .I contact and request her many times but she didn't respond me

Just the luck of the draw. I suggest you do something like show an image on the product description of the SVG file working in a program such as photoshop or illustrator, and that way people might slowly begin to trust you again.

You can’t do anything with this negative review, just try to persuade the buyer to somehow change it.
Order buybacks from your store and leave a 5-star review to improve your store rating.

Or change the description. Everything suits the user's needs. This is not uncommon, please take the time to change things

Seems like your competitor is being mean and trying to ruin your store right from the beginning. If your product is good and as described, you could buy a few positive reviews to help get things back on track.
