Hi, Dear mrnixdorf

It's not true.

We act in accordance with the laws of our countries.
We don't suspend any service without notifying you. If you open a support ticket, we'll tell you why.

We don't suspend without any absolute reason, what you said is not true.

Please show us the ticket number to analyse.

We do suspend all websites that contain content that is not allowed and violates our rules on the acceptable use policy page.

We do not tolerate people using our servers for illegal purposes such as: Phishing, Scam, Fraud, Spamhaus, Ips Blacklist, DDoS, Malware, CP.

There are customers who think that because a service is considered "offshore" that they can create fake (phishing) and scam pages on our services, this is not tolerated and will not be.

Alexhost respects the laws where the servers are located, so please show evidence and we'll clarify.

Thank you,
Alexhost

I'm speaking on my own experience with them.
You can search on the forum, there's many cases.

If you only knew that the majority of cases are due to violations of our rules, which are quite explicit... You wouldn't say that.

Nowadays it's funny, everyone can leave their negative opinion, but they never show the ticket or the reason why they were suspended, it's just text.

There's something there, but one thing's for sure. If we make a mistake with the customer, we'll make it up to them in those cases.

Thank you,
Alexhost

njal is the best in my opinion, have host there for years now.

Yeah as said later, guess it was spam or phishing or related service, because when you check like Anna's archive, Zlib they use Alexhost since a long time and are still online.

Your service "AlexHost" sucks that's all, this isn't your sales thread or a dispute resolution to provide proofs. If you feel that I was lying and hurting your service with false review, you can hit the report button.

You can check my previous posts since I joined BHW, I never suggested or commented about a hosting service but when I saw @remeser779 post - the guy that keep promoting your hosting on every thread and he's not the only one - I shared my experience.

It's not true. You suspend hosting without giving any prior notice, and guess what, the problem wasn't even mine, but one of your clients made the shared IP listed on SBL, and you suspended all hostings related including mine. This incident was 8 months ago. I still have chat logs and everything. Paid for yearly plan, no refund was provided by you. I still believe that other victims will comes to this thread and share their experience.

No, no.

It's not about whether it's a sales topic or not, we're not here to make sales, we're here to answer your questions (in this case accusations and/or defamation), we have that right. So when you touch on the name of a company, that company can and should respond if it wants to. I don't see what the problem is, unless you have something to hide.
You came here and commented something about our company, we as a company have the right to clarify to anyone reading this thread.

Why can't we clarify what you said? As far as I know, freedom of expression is allowed as long as it's not disrespectful.

By touching on our company name, you could create problems for us and we are paying attention. And we are a company that likes to clarify any doubts that may exist, whether they are problems or not.

We don't suspend a customer for no reason, if you've violated the rules of our terms of service and acceptable use policy (you might want to read it) it's described there.
We have the right to suspend the service, the question is. You will never be blocked because your IP has been blacklisted unless there is proof on our part that you contributed to it.

And once again, we don't allow blacklisted IPs even if it was done unintentionally, anyone who owns a hosting or server is responsible for maintaining its security and preventing this type of event, if it happens and if it can happen? Yes, it can.

But it's not our fault, there are clients who share the server with the staff, which is natural. But we can't be held responsible if someone on a client's team messes up and ends up being blocked and their IP blacklisted. In that case, it's the owner of the account who is responsible, whoever that may be.

Once again, we have the right to defend our company, you brought it up, not us. We have the right to respond and clarify to everyone who reads this thread, or would you prefer us to ignore it and leave it unanswered?

I know it's difficult when a company responds and is proactive in defending its company based on realities, honesty, principles and truths.

By the way, I don't know if you're aware of what you're doing. It's defamation. Because I can present text, anyone can just write.

Send me your ticket number by private message and let's see who's right! :)

Go for it!

We're waiting, without fear.

I wish I was!
But seriously I often suggest three hosters for DMCA ignored stuff, AKA Flokinet, Alexhost, VSYS based on their reputation of hosting DMCA/free speech relating content(TorrentGalaxy, Wikileaks, Zlib/Anna's archive etc), especially since people often get weird suggestion when they are asking for DMCA ignored/offshore services, like here where a guy is suggested Ionos(a german company) and Namecheap(an US company) https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/best-cheapest-offshore-web-hosting.1526493 .

When you say "Alexhost isn't DMCA ignored", I mean just check where shadow libraries host some of their files. And all of that doesn't mean there can't be problems.

In this case, I suggested only Alexhost because it was the only one between those three around the price of OP.
