There are plenty of ways. Most of which, take an initial investment.
Often, I suggest starting a service/being a freelancer. Web Design clients are a dime a dozen and it's easy to learn.

Set up your service website and sell a contact form job for $150, then buy the stuff you need and finish the job. Now you have the software and some proxies without any upfront cost. Focus on learning how to sell your contact form service.

Yeah it sucks, but this way you will learn if that method really works, how much effort you need to put and if you can scale it
Keep going until you make those $150 for GSA + proxies, then fire it up and start scaling what you were doing manually.
Other than that, get a job, get $150 and see if your GSA method works

There would be several ways you could achieve making your first $150. Normally I would say you need to spend money to make money, which is true in most aspects of starting up any kind of business. However, there are some things you can do that is very simple to get some quick money. One being signing up for Coinbase and then doing the rewards where you can earn some crypto by learning and competing these simple tasks. ( it has you watch like a 2-3 min little information clip and then answer the questions that were in the clips).
