The 3 Google Cloud (GCP) accounts were suspended within no time with payment validation issues. The seller is not responding, and he is selling the accounts to other buyers instead of addressing past buyer issues. To all, hold your purchases from this seller until this matter is resolved.

Basically, telegram's usernames don't care about capital or small letters.

So, effectively, premiumCreditsAccount and PremiumCreditsAccount are the same user in Telegram.
