um, that's not how keyword competitiveness works...

There are keywords even with ZERO search volume that are brutally hard, I have found many of these last year when I did keyword research for a site in the pets niche, their assessment (by the tool that I was using at that time) had been "fierce" (this means over 60 KD as given by tools like Ahrefs or Semrush).... so yeah, the search volume doesn't determine the competitiveness of a keyword. It can help gauge it, but it doesn't determine it.

This being said, you might be right about OI being weak, I don't know as I've never used this site, so I'll give you credit on this one

OutlookIndia is the best in my opinion - We did one Post for one Health Niche client from UK and the link got to #3 for one keyword in Google.co.uk

Note: OutlookIndia is redesigning their Design/CMS and will be up in next couple days.

OutlookIndia has been hit pretty hard by the last few updates. Wouldn't be surprised if its not relevant anymore in a few months. I suggest you look for a better parasite.
