Which VPS best for google ads / google merchant center ?

I have been running google shopping ads in my VPS with 4G Mobile IP. It was working well spending full budgets until start of the year which when i was banned.

Every new merchant center i create its not spending full budgets in the ad accounts i create which are ID verified ad account (wont spend more than $10/d) then after 2 days its suspended also for misrepresentation.

Does anyone have a setup they recommend for working with google?
Any VPS config or Soultions?

I use Digital Ocean and it worked very well for me in any network i used.

Even with the Datacenter IP? i find its very easy for the IP range to go bad after you used a few times

VPS often work imperfectly.
Usually the IP of a VPS is used by many people.
This will result in the VPS IP not being clean enough.
There are many VPS that use virtual IP. like AWS

So it is better to use residential proxy IP

The specific VPS doesn't matter all that much because they'll be running Windows or Linux. The proxy and browser is much more important
