The stats were pretty good, exactly as described by the OP for the 2 links:

The text was unique and readable although kinda weird, hard to explain. But it was related to the topic and overall decent for the price you're paying.
The themes were fine but the sites were clearly low quality, a manual inspector would 100% see it as a PBN. It still had "recent posts" and "archives" on sidebar which is a big red flag.
Other than that, the PBN didn't seem to have been spammed yet at that much at all.

2. Sites looked fine with the design and content presentation

4. Articles were readable

CONs

1. Site spam score was incredibly high with both sites having 70+% spam according to MOZ
2. Link insertion could have been better as the linking was done randomly inside the posts

Fast turn around time and communication was good.

Content was 400+ and related to the keyword.

However the domains are without SSL, that's a minus aspect for me.

This PBN is the cheapest you might get and overall good for the price.
