The stats were pretty good, exactly as described by the OP for the 2 links:

DA 22 / 22
PA 28 /29

The text was unique and readable although kinda weird, hard to explain. But it was related to the topic and overall decent for the price you're paying.
The themes were fine but the sites were clearly low quality, a manual inspector would 100% see it as a PBN. It still had "recent posts" and "archives" on sidebar which is a big red flag.
Other than that, the PBN didn't seem to have been spammed yet at that much at all.
