You have to use general ideas for the titles.

Some clients use star icons in the descriptions.
You don't have to be very clear about your texts, because the image must describe everything.

They may reject your ad, but most of CRYPTO's approved creatives contain these words because the bots think that the ad is talking about CRYPTO in general, not as a service.

Yes, we do. Don't use keywords when you target, always use topics or interests.
