  • Summary of Dispute: Ordered 5 Google Reviews on 11th January 2024, paid via PayPal F&F. I have not received any of the promised reviews I ordered from this seller.
  • Evidence of the Issue: https://ibb.co/vD5GywD
  • What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution: Refund.
  • (Optional) Additional Information: Tbh I knew for 90% he will scam but still I gave him a chance to make some serious business. Still, there is no excuse for scamming and it seems he needs the $25 more than I do. Since I believe that many buyers just accept the scams and do not write dispute resolutions, I really wanted to know if he was scamming or not, and it turned out that I had a good feeling and hope that he will be banned as soon as possible so as not to harm other users. I don't care about the money.

People are weird, loosing his $147 VIP account over $25. Not a genius move.

Right? But I’m pretty sure there are plenty of other folks out there who just let the scam slide because it’s just ‘a few bucks’ and they don’t want to bother with writing a dispute resolution. Normally, I don’t do PayPal F&F payments unless it’s really a friend or familymember. But in this case, I kinda expected it might be a scam and I just wanted to get the scammer banned to prevent them from ripping off others.

That’s why I want to remind all the BHW buyers reading this: keep an eye out for red flags, especially if a seller is pushing you to pay with PayPal F&F. If that happens, it’s best to look for a different seller. And don’t forget to check for legitimate reviews from reputable members. But really, you’ll find everything nicely summed up in this link: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/avoid-being-scammed-basic-pointers-for-your-security.306301/
