GMB listings disabled - how to fix?

So I had a few local listings in places for plumbers in London. One listing per area/postcode in London, a different website, telephone for each.
A large number of them got disabled and what I can assume happened is the disabled status was given by AI because it is unsure that the business or that location is real (this is what I read).
They have all been verified in the past but now verification is required and I have to request a reinstatement for each listing. The problem is that I have one legal company BUT I need 10 listings for 10 different areas in London where I operate.

Is there a way, ANY way I can do that?

It is hard to reinstate. What type of verification do they require (video)? You may have to make new listings.

And should I delete the disabled listings? How should I safely proceed? New account?


They want legal documents:

1. Your Business Registration/License displaying the business name and address that matches the listing you are appealing for. Accepted documents include official business registration, business license, or tax certificates.

AGAIN I have only ONE company so I can't provide this for 10 locations/listings​

2. A utility bill displaying the same business name and address as your registration/license. Utilities may include any of the following: electricity, phone, gas, water, sewage, trash, recycling, TV, internet.


To clarify - some of my listings had a physical address, which now I can't verify, so currently I guess this is not an option. Some were service area set and it made no difference for the AI to disable the listing.
