How is reddit Karma monetized? besides the obvious of advertising stuff there, using it's high rank on google or getting direct leads, driving traffic to your websites etc. I have 2 users there with high Karma that was gained naturally. TBH it's pretty easy to to do even without uploading cat videos (I mean, know your audience).
