Color Change for Exec on White Theme

Hello,

Remi from the White Theme Cult is back with some feedback on the Color choice for Execs Members.

Using @TheMarquis as an example, here is what it looks like on the White Theme

It is quite unclear and pretty much this

I have noticed that regular user's have two different colors depending on the theme you are using.
Yellow when on Dark Theme

Black when on White Theme


Is this something that is possible to implement for our new Exec members ?
At this point in time, all execs to me are basically the same person

What color though? AFAIK, every color of the rainbow has already been used for different membership levels.
Perhaps, they could add a border to the username for the white theme (if they’re unable to find a different color to use).

At this point in time, all execs to me are basically the same person

I wouldn’t be surprised if they were all just alts of one person.
PS. That was the premise of a nightmare I had a few years back.

Interesting. So on the white theme, my username color would be the exact opposite of an executive VIP. Is the forum trying to tell us something here?

Yeah adding shadow might make it look better. Instead of black/darker shadow, they can use other colors for the shadow to highlight that the member is Exec VIP.

When I was talking with Z about it
The color burgundy came up !
But shades would look cool, maybe a slight shade revision to the other user titles too

I'm sorry, we do not do anything to make the white theme more attractive or enjoyable as it is an inferior theme, not unlike how the Ford Edsel was an inferior automobile.

That's why I told you to get rid of the white theme. You never listen, deer...

I tried testing that as a solution once, but it made the font too bulky and unreadable. It's possible that with more tweaking it could work. however.

I'll have this brought up in a meeting and we'll look into this issue again.
