Hello, there is a Telegram channel that is stealing my work and posting it for free, i have sent many reports to Telegram with no response.

Did anyone before manage to takedown a Telegram channel for copyright issues?

Just reporting to Telegram, is the only way, but as it's an abused system and Telegram is not a Copyright strong platform, you will need a specific percentage of reports to just attract Telegram's attention.

I'd say it's a lost cause, but you can always ask your community to report them or buy reports from sellers, and as it's a legit cause you may get a good result, but nothing is guaranteed here, usually competing is the best option.

I have sent many DMCA requests to their abuse department but i haven't heard anything back from them, such a headache.

the only tg channels I've seen get suspended are ones promoting illegal activity e.g., carding.

watermarking all your stuff may help in being able to squeeze free traffic out of the guy doing this to you. never know, the guy may give up when he see's he is now working to send traffic to your site.

consider what his motivations are. is he just a person that likes to play the role of pirate, or is he financially benefiting?
