I donno you are asking a different question now.what operations in webscraping scrapebox can do that the screaming frog cant?
yes, I am using screaming frog
I read about the main featurs of scrapebox, and I think that with right conficiration and manual work screaming frog can also scrap many things just like scrapebox, but in in smaller dimensions
I want to try scrapebox, but beyond
inreructions with forms (that not so interesting for me now) I didnt see special features that i can't configure in screaming frog and get same result
I probably did not fully understand the capabilities of scrapebox, can you please give me some exampes of featurs that impossible to do them with screaming frog?
Hi, the last video was uploaded 3 months ago and the scrapebox thread is already closed, so are you still using the program? does it work properly? I was planning to buy it, but I saw the thread closed and the lack of communication and wondered if it was still working.Outside of what these members have been telling you, take a look at @loopline Youtube channel. There are a bunch of helpful videos here: https://www.youtube.com/user/looplinescrapebox
Scraepbox outgrew BHW. Even fortune 500 companies use scrapebox now. Basically no one was buying on BHW any more, its too popular, people are finding it directly.Hi, the last video was uploaded 3 months ago and the scrapebox thread is already closed, so are you still using the program? does it work properly? Good to know. You say that you don't work for them, but you took the trouble to answer this instead of them. Thanks. At least someone cares enough about ScrapeBox on this forum.Scraepbox outgrew BHW. That said, if you want to know if a program is still working and supported, I always mail their support, you can guage by that. If they never respond, ever, not something Im into. Now it might take a minute to get support, but they are still developing it 7 days a week and supporting it 7 days a week, I talked to one of the devs just today.
however the youtube channel is not scrapeboxes, I don't work for them. So yes, Ive been staying super busy doing all kinds of stuff and haven't uploaded a video in a minute, I need to do that. That said, even videos from many years ago are still valid. In fact there is a video from 9 years ago that is still valid, because scrapebox knows how many people watch my channel, so they have intentionally tried to keep the user interface the same so that videos stay valid. The exception of course is that they keep adding new functionality, so there is that.
I've had Scrapebox since 2010 and have purchased most of their premium plugins. Recently, I also bought their latest plugin (ChatGpt), and after activation, I realized it wasn't what I expected, so I requested a refund. Since then, I haven't received any response, and two days ago, they canceled my Scrapebox license! It's been over 48 hours since I've received any reply to my emails, even though I've resubmitted the requested information: name, email, transaction ID. I'm writing this because I've followed many of your presentations about Scrapebox, and now I can't believe they are ignoring their customers like this...Scraepbox outgrew BHW. Did you request a refund... or file a charge back, because there is a difference. Requesting a refund is a request, when someone files a chargeback against me I generally take it as an attack. It can harm your paypal account, cost you fees and cause a host of other issues. I don't work for scrapebox so I don't know your exact situation but Im just giving my 2 cents, as thats what the forum is about.I've had Scrapebox since 2010 and have purchased most of their premium plugins. I am still waiting for a response and for them to reactivate my license. I would have understood if they had refused the refund, but it seems abnormal for them to cancel my license and now not want to reactivate it!
Thank you for your reply. You're right. The thing is, I requested a refund via email and didn't receive any response for several days. (they didn't reply to 3 emails). Then, I requested the refund through PayPal. At that point, they deactivated my license. Their support on Facebook told me that I had 'violated the Refund Policy' and that's why my account was cancelled! I had no idea that requesting a refund meant violating any rules! When they told me this... I canceled the refund to demonstrate my 'good faith'. The situation could have been much simpler if they had just replied to tell me that they don't do refunds, and I would have moved on. I don't know if their approach is customer friendly in 2023. After all, I paid for a license and additionally bought most of the premium plugins. And they cut off my access to everything!? Does that seem fair to you?Did you request a refund... or file a charge back, because there is a difference. You're right and you're not the only one. Look at this:Thank you for your reply. You're right. The thing is, I requested a refund via email and didn't receive any response for several days.
