Do you also share details on how to open a bank account as well without being physically present there?
 
Opening an LLC in the USA is not a problem. You can just search on YouTube, there are a lot of guides. The main difficulty is to pay taxes. Otherwise you will have very serious problems if you ever come to the USA. The IRS is a very serious organization and it is better not to mess with it.

I used to open a bank account as well without being physically present in US few years a go. In this guide, i didn't try it. I might try again and update the Guide.
