I've just got a copy of this e-book. To be honest, I was shocked when I first checked the method. It it a scam. I really don't know how did no one share a honest review about it after more than a year. The staff should have rejected this from the marketplace but I guess they don't care about their visitors.

Its not a scam. I followed the tutorial and it worked for me - bypassed the copyright
When you escalate the dispute on the copyrighted content, you simply notify the claimant to take down your video immediately and this is what happens 100% of the times. This is nothing new, hidden, or black hat, YouTube clearly says that your video will be public until a response from the claimant is provided. Do you consider this a bypass method? YouTube introduced this feature a few years ago.. This guy is selling this as an undiscovered method to get through and bypass the YouTube content ID.

You are doing opposite of what you want to achieve.
People will still buy and/or argue with you, bumping the thread over and over again.
If you feel you were scammed by the seller, you should raise a dispute.
This is called thread hijacking and mod could issue you a warning or even ban from the forum.
