Between yesterday and today I tried to create a subreddit but when I created it and published something, reddit deleted the publication due to spam, I tried it with three different accounts and each account has an anti-detection browser and its proxy, they are not the accounts Since I have another subreddits and I use them without problem, I think reddit implemented something new and I don't know what it is, I have tried creating several subreddits with different names, short and long names and the same thing happens, does anyone know what is happening? It's only been 20 days since I created the last subreddit and this one is going great
I have tried several names, none of the names are anything like the previous one.

are the accounts aged with karma ?
Yes, I created the subreddit with an account that has more than 100k karma and the same thing happens

This is what I did, Hope it helps you too.
Use Dolphin Anty. Use proxy from rainproxy or proxycake(they both have marketplace threads in here)
Buy an account that is 2 months old. Karma don't matter in creating subreddit.
1. warm up the account first by engaging in other subreddits (popular, first page)
2. Then after two or three days create first subreddit.
3. Engage in other subreddits.
4. Create another subreddit after 2-3 days.
Keep it engaged in other subreddits. Thats the way.

Can you explain first step a little when you say warm up.. it also includes comments or just upvote few post in first page then leave and how long do you wait to post first comment when you bought an account.
If you bought an account and the account is good, when you leave the first post and the first comment nothing should happen, if you made a comment or a post and the account was closed then the account or your proxies are bad

That's exactly what I'm facing weird thing is that the accounts I bought comes with 3-4 post and they posted 1 day ago without any issues but once I bought the account and try to post even in my own subreddit it gets banned. I know reddit is detecting it automatically just not sure it is because of proxies or account quality.

I have some subreddits that i visit daily from my main account i.e. my IRL account. I post comments in them, no upvotes. Only commenting.
+ I haven't faced a situation where I got banned because of commenting. And believe me I have tried this over 100 times manually.
