I'm not getting a response from Scrapebox support.

The owner of Scrapebox must have passed away because I have been waiting weeks for my Scrapebox license after sending them crypto on Dec 19 to the address they gave me and still have not received my license nor any reply after sending multiple emails to them regarding the issue. Also their BHW thread has been closed for inactivity.

Anyone know what's going on?

My Kaspersky detected a Trojan in scrapebox after activation and deleted the exe when I updated it to latest version V x.x.x.38 recently. Not installing again!

Could be because of the nature of the tool as well. But better be safe than sorry!
 
Lost my license key some day and never got it back.

Poor support.

The software isn't that useful anyways these days.

it is still useful for lots of things
though, certainly, you can always code your own tools/scripts, scrapebox has always been useful

@loopline @GhostVision loopline is not connected to scrapebox in any way
othere than offering tips / advice - he does not work for them.

BHW has a rule - if a sales thread is left un attended for more than
2 weeks, it is locked until the seller returns,

the owner of SCRAPEBOX @Sweetfunny has been afk since
April 2023 - so i reported the sales thread to be locked until/if she ever returns

its been almost a year so its not looking good.
 
So in the end, he probably died? :D

Hopefully not.

Same here... I've had Scrapebox since 2010 and have purchased most of their premium plugins. Recently, I also bought their latest plugin (ChatGpt), and after activation, I realized it wasn't what I expected, so I requested a refund. Since then, I haven't received any response, and two days ago, they canceled my Scrapebox license! It's been over 48 hours since I've received any reply to my emails, even though I've resubmitted the requested information: name, email, transaction ID. I'm writing this because I've followed many of your presentations about Scrapebox, and now I can't believe they are ignoring their customers like this...
I am still waiting for a response and for them to reactivate my license. I would have understood if they had refused the refund, but it seems abnormal for them to cancel my license and now not want to reactivate it!

Agreed. That said, it has everything in one place, and you can transfer data from one view to another, which did save lots of time for me. Too bad I switched to mac. But I don’t miss it much, coz you can do everything with other softwares as well.

I could buy an iphone a few days ago but chose Pixel phone. My mind always says this laptop has a GPU, you can do anything on it and that phone is cooler than the latest iphone... It really feels better for me than an iphone.

Edit: this gesture navigation is crazy fast. No need to move fingers around 6 inch screen.

Back to topic, I only used scrapebox to get keywords. I told it to some grey hat dude and he was like wtf. He was a manager at some agency.
