You are asking the wrong question. It depends on your websites as well as the number of visitors, but not the provider (i mean, any good provider will suffice depending on the specs.. Vercel, Digital ocean, AWS, Google Cloud etc).

If you don't know what you are looking for, perhaps hire someone.

Hostkaola is bad bad bad. Use it for test only.
It changed nameserver names multiple times without any notice in past one year. One of my site went online multiple times because of that.
You don't change nameserver names and ipaddress of your shared hosting. You just don't if you are a serious host.
