Hi,

I feel I need to clarify what happened here.

So firstly, the user had issues with Immunify360 ( multiple failed email logins consecutively ) and we offered to move him to a server without it, or process a refund for him, since November 28 2023.

The user decided to opt against that.

The user has also slightly exaggerated things, as he left multiple 1 star reviews ( And even admitted it in DMs ).

We then decided to refund the client, and give him a month to move away.

However, we made a mistake, as when we refunded the client in full, the client's last invoice was marked unpaid, so the billing system suspended his account.

Upon him making the ticket, we unsuspended the account within 40 minutes.

That is all that we will comment on this.

The most laughable thing, is that while he has made over 5 and probably 10+ reviews on us, we have never once asked anyone to make any review of us here, and we have almost 0 presence here from official reps.

We wish the client the best in his future hosting adventures, as we cannot do anything to please him anymore and it is his freedom to comment and post anything he wants, but we also have the freedom to post our side of the story.

You coud also go for a free trial first; a lot of hosting providers offer these or you could check out the free tiers that atlantic.net and aws offer.

pay once and feel well for 2-3 years

I guess with ~150$ u can have a host on hostinger for 3 years and u can build like 100 websites

I don't know where people today have these maths?
On shared webhost with 1 CPU+ 1 GB ram you can not run 100 sites on 100 different domains , OK when each site is a1 page landingpage.
Yes you can make your 1 domain site big with 100 pages, or way more.

But Run 100 different domains in 100 wordpress Installations, then not wonder when each sites needs 20 Seconds to load. I prefer shared hosting with 2-3 CPU+ GB RAM it's s big and fast enough, later when get really hit traffic,then switch to managed vps, prices are good on namecheap,their stellar business hosting plan is fast.

Another view today I learn a lot about webhosting.
Not only look at cheap webhosting, yes we all start from scratch with little budget but the catch is when you do blogging a lot, assume youhave 4 categories and writing 6-8 blogposts each day.

Then yes you can start the first 1-2 years with cheap webhosting, then you will attract good sum of traffic and your cheap webhost server getting slow down more and more.

It's their tech resource limit server configuration, I mean with this;

You start cheap with a server who has 1cpu and 1gb ram and most webhositng providers have a mysql databasel store limit of 1GB, so when you have 10.000 blogposts (more or less) then the DB will be go down, is full.
At this time you realize that only be cheap is not the answer, when the webhosting provider not has upgrade plans or additional upgrad efeatures you can buy like more disk space, more DB store limit, more cpu+ram.

As a rule of thumb a good configured webhosting server with 2cpu+2gb ram better with 3cpu+3gb ram and a mysql DB with 3-5GB limit , that will be plenty enough to handle 80K-100k visitors a month, but only when you have 1 website on it, not 50 different niche websites and each has 100 blogposts- a big o.

It's not a good advise to have on tiny shared webhosting server 50 different niche websites each with 100 blogposts, that will never work, nope it is a big no-no. Then you wonder why your webhost is shutdown your account (because of abuse) ?

Also you can start cheap the first 1-2 years witha good webhosting provider with good upgrade plans and resources, otherwise better start with an more expensive webhosting who has 2cpu or 3cpu+3gb ram , speedypage hosting is a good example of having good server offers. Or a vps with an easy login ssh console not a console you must configure first before you get access with your username + passwort or keys.

This is when you dig deeper and learn more about webhosting tech you will realize that many providers who are too cheap not have enough server resources or are too overcrowded servers like godaddyfokkers, they are really expensive when you want good server resources, their plans are 3-4x higher than any other good webhosting.

You need good serever with good resources, a good DB limit higher than 1gb, a good fast bandwith to handle traffic and you can fire up to build your online business.

The rest like have a cdn is more fine tuning at the end when you need that, I myself like it to have an dedicated ip and not want to mask that with an cdn and a positive ssl (they are cheap today) but that's a personal thing. (myself).

And look that they have good fast live chat support.

So guys not doing stuff like buying Hostkoala cheap $12 year webhositng and put 10 different niche wordpress installations on it, each with plugins and 100 blogposts or something, that will not work, this will work on a vps with 8cpu+8gb ram or more but not less, imagine you have 10 different websites they should each have a different ip a different webhost, then each wordpress website should have 2cpu+2gb ram then you will have slim fast smooth running wordpress sites.

The other thing is managed wordpress I like this concept, a friend has ionos managed wordpress the grow plan with his little website and 80 blogposts (europe) it runs and loads fast, the modern dashboard runs fast ,the wp dashboard too, easy to use. Has an easy one click backup restore.

You install theme and plugins that's it it runs automatically with updates and backups I like it. Downside of ionos is their dumb server configuration like 1cpu+9gb ram, 1cpu+165gb ram, 1cpu+20gb ram.....wtf ? And their database is max. 3GB (onsome higher plans) but it's big enough, but their 1cpu+15gb ram server configuration is not well balanced.

And not forget ask before you buy a webhosting/managed if they have a good DB limit of 2-5GB, easy file manager integrated (!) automatic one click restore backup, can have your own positive ssl, PHP settings and ideal has mysql remote access, so you can buy a bigger external database and connect that to your site. But most not offer dedicated ip on managed wordpress, I don't know what that has to do with, same with webhosting most providers offer dedicated only on vps, only they know why......???

No I go fast to the supermarket buy some foods, then have breakfast it's 2.00 pm here in europe, now my fingers break up with that long words typing here, uffff.....hahahaha.....

namecheap is best.

Cheap is not always a good option but since you asked, I would suggest Namecheap hosting.

namecheap is good has good upgrade plans and managed vps (not so expensive) and a good helpful live chat support, a little bit slow (moment; I send you to my colleague, then another agent....it drives a little bit my nerves) but they are friendly kind and helpful.

Namecheap can be good if you have a static website with very few visitors.

if you want free, use aws activate, you will get $1k for 2 years

Not sure about the many namecheap recommendations. Never used them for hosting per se, but as registrar and mail hosting provider and not happy with either.

A2hosting and Siteground are two names that offer low priced packages and have a somewhat good reputation
